Ordering Motorized Shades and Blinds

 Notes:

1. Our Remote Control has the capability to operate 300 blinds.
2. There are 15 channels that can operate up to 20 binds on each channel.
3. This, however, has its limitations. For example, if you have 2 bedrooms with 2 windows in each room and you choose channel 1 to operate a group of shades that operates both rooms but you cannot operate each blinds motor individually.
4. That being said, you may want to order a separate Remote Control for each room where you want to operate each blind individually.

How to order:

1. When ordering a remote control, you will need to specify which blind(s) you want each channel to operate.
2. The first thing is to tell us which room a remote will be operating. Example: for a Family Room with multiple windows, you can put 1 or 2 motors on the first channel then each window after that on its own channel.
3. We usually recommend clockwise programming. Starting with the first window in the left side of the room going clockwise.  This makes it easier to remember.
4. Give us the name of the room, like Living Room or Bedroom, where you want the Remote Control attached. For a Living Room, you would call the first window on the left Living Room 1 then Living Room 2 and so on.  Where you have multiple bedrooms being motorized, but individually controlled, you could call the first Bedroom, Bedroom 1 then from left to right it would be Bedroom 1-1 then Bedroom 1-2 and so on.  The next room would be Bedroom 2.  The first window on the left would be Bedroom 2-1 and so on.
5. You can also use the name of a child/person for the Bedroom like Joe’s Room then you could name each window alphabetically if you prefer. You would let us know it’s Joe’s Room A then Joe’s Room B and so on.
6. Feel free to print out as many copies of our “Measuring for Blinds” form to keep track of the name and dimensions for each window you measure.
7. When you receive a blind it will have a label on the end of the box as well as on the blind itself with the information you give us.
